I can't breathe because I can't breathe through my nose, so I have to breathe through my mouth& I feel self-conscious about it because I think I'm breathing loud. I'm scared to sleep when I'm like this because if I close my mouth& breathe through my nose (which isn't able to breathe right now), I might die. I think I will die. I can't even eat& breathe! It's so difficult. I have to bite, chew, breathe& chew. Trying to breathe through my nose throws off my breathing pattern. I then have to think about how to breathe.
This morning, I said that today is going to be a good day.
Haaaa, it's trueeee. Actually, it was a great day (:
I like calling my days to see if it's good or not.

Used Tiger balm or vapor up, OR NITQUILL! disgusting, but gets the job done quick :]
