I got lots of anger I want to release, but instead of punching some guy in the face and bashing his guts in, whats a good, peaceful and non-violent way to release all that anger built up inside?

you could punch and bash a pillow! punch the living crap out of pillows!! have a wrestling match with it. wrestling is fake, so its non-violent.

exercise. by exercising, you increase endorphins. i dont know if thats how you spell it, but its a hormone that makes you feel a sense of happiness. so exercising takes away the anger/stress.

listen to your favorite song. especially slow jams. and sing your heart out. sing as loud as you can to these songs. i dont know why. but it helps.
